Residential Support Worker - Make a Difference in Young Lives!

Location: Leeds

Salary: £26,421 basic (£32,482 with Secure Allowance)

Hours: Average 37 hours per week (early/late shifts & sleep-ins)

What You'll Be Doing:

Creating a caring and stimulating space for young people

Building trusting relationships and understanding their unique needs

Supporting day-to-day care, emotional well-being, and education

Managing behaviours and developing positive strategies

Organizing fun and meaningful activities to enrich their lives

What You Need:

Minimum 2 years' experience working with young people

Level 3 qualification in Children & Young People (or equivalent preferred)

A resilient, can-do attitude and a passion for making a difference

Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment

Strong verbal & written communication skills
