Weston-super-Mare Agency Support Worker - Weekends

£13 per hour + Holiday Pay and Pension Contribution

We are looking for experienced learning disabilities/mental health support workers in Weston-super-Mare to support people to be as independent as possible.

You`ll be working with an existing team of support workers providing a nurturing environment enabling people to access the community and enjoy life fully.

You`ll need to have an encouraging and compassionate approach as well as promoting independence. You`ll also have a passion for care as well as being flexible.

Essential:
- At least 6 months experience in social care (mental health, learning difficulties, autism, challenging behaviour or even care work in general)
- Take initiative, can do attitude and good communication
- Have right to work in the UK. Sponsorship is not possible for this role.

Desired (not essential):
- DBS on the updated service
- Care certificate
