Job Title: Domiciliary Care Manager
Location: Wolverhampton
Salary: Starting at £37,000 to £43,000

I am currently working with a reputable domiciliary care service dedicated to providing exceptional care to older adults in partnership with local authorities. Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for our clients through compassionate and professional care.

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Domiciliary Care Manager to lead our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing domiciliary care services and will be passionate about making a positive impact in the community.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the domiciliary care service.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local authorities, health professionals, customers, and other stakeholders.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of care professionals.
- Monitor and improve the quality of care provided.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively.

To be successful in this role you will need;
Proven experience in managing a domiciliary care service, particularly those working with local authorities and providing services to older adults.
NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Strong networking
Very competent in using a computer and relevant software.
