Job Title: Registered Domiciliary Care Manager

Location: Wolverhampton
Salary: £37000 to £42000 DOE

In partnership with a reputable domiciliary care organisation committed to providing exceptional care to older adults I am recruiting a registered domiciliary care manager to oversee the day to day running of their home care branch, which has a key focus on the delivery person centred, compassionate care for adults within their own home setting.

I am looking for an experienced and dynamic Domiciliary Care Manager to lead their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing domiciliary care services and a passion for making a positive impact in the community.

• Oversee daily operations of the domiciliary care service.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local authorities, health professionals, customers, and other stakeholders.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of care professionals.
• Monitor and improve the quality of care provided.
• Manage budgets and resources effectively.

• Proven experience in managing a domiciliary care service, especially those working with local authorities and providing services to older adults.
• NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent networking abilities.
• Proficiency in using computers and relevant software.
