Head of Business Development - Adult Services
Location: Hybrid (Midlands/Leicestershire/Derbyshire)
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 per annum
Full UK Driving Licence Essential

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement growth strategies.
- Build partnerships with Registered Providers.
- Lead housing development projects.
- Innovate new service models.
- Manage referral strategies.
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders.
- Represent us at industry events.
- Align business development with operational capabilities.
- Manage budgets for growth initiatives.
- Monitor KPIs for data-driven decisions.
- Conduct market analysis and feasibility studies.
- Lead and mentor the business development team.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in business development within Adult Social Care.
- Proven success with Local Authorities and healthcare commissioners.
- Strong strategic, analytical, and business planning skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
- Experience with Registered Providers, Housing Associations, and Developers.
- Solid commercial acumen.
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
- Deep understanding of social care commissioning structures.
- Degree in business or related field.
