We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to join our Housing and Hostel team. In this role, you will lead and support a team in providing high-quality accommodation services to individuals in need.Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the housing and hostel services.
• Provide leadership and support to staff, ensuring effective service delivery.
• Work collaboratively with external agencies and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
• Support residents in achieving their personal goals and improving their quality of life.

Qualifications:

• Experience working in housing or hostel settings, particularly with vulnerable populations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
• A valid driving license is essential for this role.
