Experience

Provide tailored support to individuals with learning disabilities, focusing on their unique needs and goals.

Assist with daily living activities such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care.

Facilitate social interactions and community engagement to promote independence and inclusion.

Ensure a safe and healthy environment for all service users.

Work closely with families, health care professionals, and other stakeholders to achieve holistic support.

Previous experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities is desirable.

Ability to communicate effectively with service users, families, and colleagues.

Compassionate and patient approach to supporting individuals with diverse needs.
