About the Role

  • Promoting independence while offering care tailored to each individual's needs.

  • Competitive pay with enhancements for sleep-ins and overtime.
  • Generous annual leave: 27 days plus bank holidays, including your birthday off.
  • Holiday perks: Double pay for Christmas bank holidays and the option to buy or sell leave.
  • Well-being support: Access to a free counselling service and savings schemes.
  • Lifestyle perks: Discounts through the Blue Light card, a cycle-to-work scheme, and tech savings.
  • Professional recognition: Work for a values-driven organization accredited by the Living Wage Foundation.
