Brook Street Social Care is seeking compassionate and reliable Home Care Workers to join our dynamic team. As a Home Care Worker with us, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients, providing personalized care and support that enhances their well-being and independence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care and support to clients in their homes.

• Assist with daily living tasks such as personal care, medication management, and light housekeeping.

• Encourage independence and promote client dignity and respect.

• Develop strong relationships with clients and their families.

Requirements:

• Must have a car and a valid driver's license.

• Ability to work flexibly across a range of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

• Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (desirable but not essential).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
