Support Worker at Day Centre in Bristol
Temporary Position | Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our friendly team at our Day Centre in Bristol. This is a temporary position working hour 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM Mon - Fri, where you'll play a key role in providing care and support to individuals with physical disabilities and learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide person-centred support to individuals, helping them with daily activities and ensuring their well-being.
• Assist with mobility, personal care, and social interaction.
• Support individuals in engaging in various activities, promoting independence and choice.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and other professionals to ensure the highest standard of care.
• Promote a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all individuals.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with individuals with physical disabilities and learning disabilities is essential.
• A passion for supporting others and helping them achieve their goals.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• The right to work in the UK.
