Brook Street Social care are recruiting for enthusiastic and experienced support workers to provide support to individuals with learning disabilities and complex behaviour.

Your role will be to support individuals with complex behaviours with their day to day routines, this will include emotional support, administration of medication and to provide positive support during challenging episodes.

What are we looking for?

For this role you will need competent and experienced when supporting someone with autism and learning difficulties.

As a valued member of the team, you are there to help deliver the quality-of-life. You will be supporting these people to reach their full potential. You will ensure the care is high quality and person centred ensuring the needs of everyone is met based on their lifestyle.

You will be expected to work from a care plan. Including things such as personal care, meals times, housekeeping, emotional support, social interactions, and activities in the community.

This is a temporary position, we have availability for part time, full time and ADHOC shifts to suit everyone.
