Job Description

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of two supported living services.

  • Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of dedicated support staff.

  • Ensuring high-quality care delivery while helping service users achieve their planned outcomes.

  • Managing essential documentation, including report writing, risk assessments, and policy adherence.

  • Participating in the on-call rotation to provide additional support when needed.

What We're Looking For:

  • NVQ Level 5 or Diploma in Health & Social Care (preferred).

  • Full UK driving license. (must have)
  • experience in team leadership (must have)
  • Proven supervisory experience within supported living settings.

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • A genuine passion for working with adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.

  • Alignment with values of respect, empowerment, and community engagement.
