I am seeking a dedicated and passionate Complex Care Recruiter to join an established Wolverhampton based provider. You'll play a crucial role in finding exceptional care professionals to support individuals with complex needs.
What You'll Do:
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilise various channels to identify and attract top talent.
- Recruitment Process: Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial screening to onboarding.
- Candidate Experience: Provide a positive and seamless candidate experience.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.
