Job Description
Role: Residential Support Worker
Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum + sleeps (closer to £33,000 including sleep ins)
Location: Yatton
Contract/Hours: Full time

About the Role:
As a Residential Support Worker, you'll help create a safe, nurturing environment for children and young people to grow and thrive. Your primary focus will be on their well being, providing personalised care, guidance, and advocacy, ensuring they are safe, healthy, and can reach their full potential.

How You'll Make an Impact:
- Lead case/care planning management, including risk assessments and reviews.
- Coordinate responsibilities with multi-agency teams and produce detailed reports.
- Attend professional meetings, such as reviews and court sessions.
- Take charge during shifts, providing high-quality service and guidance to staff.
About You:
We're looking for someone who is resilient, positive, and adaptable. Ideally, you'll have:
- Experience in leading shifts in a care setting.
- A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or a recognised equivalent).
- Training and experience in safeguarding.
- An innovative, creative approach to problem-solving.
- Experience in developing tailored care plans.
- The ability to create a safe, engaging environment for both staff and children.
