Senior Outreach Caseworker
35 hours per week
£23, 500 - £25,000

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of those affected by domestic violence? We are currently supporting a leading domestic abuse charity recruiting for a Community Team Leader to join and lead a dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality frontline support to victims of domestic violence across funded projects.
• Lead and oversee all aspects of Domestic Abuse Support work in your area.
• Work within a multi-agency framework to improve responses to domestic abuse.
• Ensure service excellence, monitor client experiences, and gather service user feedback.
• Prepare for and contribute to MARAC
• Take part in educational and promotional activities to raise awareness.

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 in a relevant field (or willingness to work towards it).
• Proven team leadership experience and community networking skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and participate in a 24-hour on-call rota.
• Full driver's license and use of own vehicle.
