• Salary: £26,210.72 to £29,801.64 (inclusive of shift allowance)

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking self-motivated individuals with:

• Empathy and passion for helping young people through emotional challenges.
• The ability to build positive relationships and support development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including report writing and incident recording.
• Willingness to work alternate weekends, bank holidays, and participate in overnight stays (sleep-ins) on a rota.
• An energetic approach, ready to take part in physical activities.
• Aged 21 or over to meet statutory requirements.

While prior knowledge of child protection or experience in childcare is desirable, we provide comprehensive training to equip you for success.

Shift Patterns

• Early Shift: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
• Late Shift: 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM
  Enjoy alternate weekends off to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
