Job Title: Secure Children's Support Worker
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-time (37 hours per week)
Salary: £26,210.72 to £29,801.64 (including shift allowance)

What You'll Be Doing:

• Providing compassionate, individualised care and support to young residents.
• Acting as a positive role model and advocate for the young people in your care.
• Working as part of a close-knit, professional team to ensure the best outcomes for young people.

What We're Looking For:

• A genuine passion for supporting young people and helping them thrive.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
• Flexibility to work alternate weekends and bank holidays.
• Physical fitness and a willingness to get involved in fun, active activities.
• Must be over the age of 21.
• Experience in child protection or knowledge of child development is a bonus but not required.
