Location: Llanelli
Salary: £35,000 per annum plus £1000 welcome bonus

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the residential home.
• Ensure high standards of care and support for all residents.
• Lead and motivate a team of dedicated care staff.
• Develop and implement individualised care plans.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment for residents and staff.
• Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies.

Requirements:

Management Experience: Proven experience in a management role within a residential care setting.
Qualifications: Level 5 in Health and Social Care Leadership and Management.
Driver's Licence: A valid driver's licence is essential.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Compassionate Leadership: Ability to lead with empathy, compassion, and dedication.
