Registered Manager - Secure Children's Service
Location: St. Helens
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 per annum
Job Type: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week

We're looking for an exceptional Registered Manager to join our 'Outstanding' Secure Children's Service in St. Helen's. Our centre is a secure accommodation and educational facility, rated 'Outstanding' by Ofsted, dedicated to providing a safe, supportive environment for young people aged 10-18. Our highly trained, compassionate team is committed to empowering each young person to reach their full potential and thrive both inside and outside the facility.

Who We're Looking For:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Passion & Dedication: A genuine desire to make a positive, lasting impact on the lives of young people.
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People (or equivalent) and a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Children & Young People (or willingness to work towards this).
- Experience: Extensive management experience in a residential youth care setting, with a solid understanding of the challenges and rewards involved.
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a person-centred, compassionate approach to leadership that inspires and supports your team.
