Salary: £37,000 - £42,500 per annum

Role Overview:
As the Registered Manager of the children's home, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the well-being and development of the young residents under your care. This is an opportunity to lead a dedicated team, make a meaningful impact, and further your professional growth.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing a children's residential home
• Full UK driver's license
• Commitment to creating a supportive and caring environment for children and young people
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
