Are you seeking a new permanent opportunity to provide support to adults with mental health issues?
We are working with one of the UK's largest mental health charities who offer and provide a range of services including crisis, supported housing and residential services. Recovery Worker is required to work at one of their crisis services for adults with mental health.

The role:

• To support the people using the service to help them to achieve their life goals
• Work with individuals managing a case load of clients, to help support on a 1-1 basis
• Work to person centred plans with positive outcomes to help meet the individual's aspirations
• Ensure risk assessments are created and implemented
• Signpost the people being supported to other services where additional support is needed
• Work within the team to ensure the service is ran smoothly

What we need from you:

• Strong values with a positive, enthusiastic and friendly approach
• Experience of working with people with a mental health issue is ideal but not essential.
• A calm, patient and resilient nature
• The ability to work well in a team and also using own initiative
• Willingness to learn and develop.
• Flexible to work day shifts which may include 8-4pm, 10-6pm, 2-10pm and occasional weekends
• Flexible to be part of the 'back-up' on call process ( extra pay for the days worked)
