Permanent role, 37.5 hours per week

Are you seeking a new permanent opportunity to provide support to adults with mental health issues?
We are working with one of the UK's largest mental health charities who offer and provide a range of services including crisis, supported housing and residential services. Recovery Worker is required to work at one of their crisis services for adults with mental health.
The role:
- To support the people using the service to help them to achieve their life goals
- Work with individuals managing a case load of clients, to help support on a 1-1 basis
- Work to person centred plans with positive outcomes to help meet the individual's aspirations
- Ensure risk assessments are created and implemented
- Signpost the people being supported to other services where additional support is needed
- Work within the team to ensure the service is ran smoothly

What we need from you:
- Strong values with a positive, enthusiastic and friendly approach
- Experience of working with people with a mental health issue is ideal but not essential.
- A calm, patient and resilient nature
- The ability to work well in a team and also using own initiative
- Willingness to learn and develop.
- Flexible to work day shifts which may include 8-4pm, 10-6pm, 2-10pm and occasional weekends
- Flexible to be part of the 'back-up' on call process ( extra pay for the days worked)
