Brook Street Social Care is searching for passionate and dedicated Crisis Recovery Workers to join an outstanding mental health charity based in Boston, Lincolnshire.

• Support adults experiencing mental health crises?
• Work within a 24/7 service, providing vital support and guidance?

What you'll be doing:

• Providing direct support to clients using therapeutic intervention models
• Empowering clients to develop their own recovery plans, promoting independence and control
• Working as part of a close-knit team, providing 24/7 support
• Liaising with external agencies to ensure clients have access to the best resources

What you'll need:

• A genuine understanding of mental health issues
• At least 6 months of experience working in a social care setting (ideally mental health focused)
• Flexibility to work a varied rota, including sleep-in/waking night shifts
• Excellent communication skills and a creative, empathetic approach
