Job Description

Job Role: Quality Assurance Manager

Salary: £37,104 to £42,621

Location: Rugby, Warwickshire

I am currently working with a small charitable organsation that are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join their dedicated team. As a key member of the organisation, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance across our social care services.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain a robust quality assurance framework that aligns with regulatory standards and best practices.

Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and procedures.

Identify, assess, and mitigate risks that may impact the quality of care and service delivery.

Analyse quality data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective action plans.

Investigate and resolve incidents and complaints promptly and effectively.

Provide training and support to staff on quality assurance standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.

Stay up-to-date with relevant regulations and ensure compliance with all legal and ethical obligations.

Build strong relationships with regulatory bodies, external stakeholders, and internal teams.

Prepare regular reports on quality performance and compliance metrics.

To be successful with this role we are seeking a person that is;

Passionate about service improvement and committed to values. You will be an "eye for detail' person, committed to working in partnership with others to co-produce initiatives and processes that evidence tangible impact and improvement in the quality of service.

Adept at managing data as well as intelligence and feedback, you are able to clearly communicate areas for improvement to managers as well as providing measurable impact from established baselines.

An experienced manager with a proven track record of implementation of continuous improvement within care and support settings, you will have strong IT, communication and partnership working skills that set you apart.

For your hard work and commitment, you will be paid a competitive salary of between £37,104 to £42,621, 28 days of annual leave, a healthcare cash plan and a pension plan.
