Job Title: Care Support Worker - Night Shifts Location: Preston, UK

Are you passionate about supporting new parents during one of the most important phases of their lives? We are seeking a dedicated Care Support Worker to join our team, delivering compassionate care and guidance during waking night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist new parents with caregiving tasks such as feeding, dressing, and nappy changing.
• Provide personalised advice and emotional support to new mums and dads.
• Monitor mums' well-being and offer tailored guidance.
• Liaise effectively with staff to ensure seamless, cohesive care.
• Perform cleaning duties to maintain a hygienic and safe environment.
• Strictly adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times.

Shift Pattern

Night Shifts (Waking Nights): 20:00-08:20 hrs

Pay Rate

£13.25 per hour
