Brook Street Social Care is offering a new exciting and rewarding role for 1 Registered Nurse within Mental Health Residential Care Home in Gloucester.
You will be providing friendly, compassionate, person-centred, professional, and inspirational support for an amazing Residential Care Home which specialise in Mental Health and high-level Complex Needs.
The aim is to support our clients to continue developing their key skills, being independent and active in making decisions while living in our home and deliver an innovative clinical service.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Lead group sessions and 121
• Risk Assessments and Risk management
• Care Plans, Clinical Care
• Quality Assurance
• Support Clinical Lead in the application of their duties
• Ensure accurate, robust and documentation of all records

ABOUT YOU:

• You have a knowledge and understanding of the Safeguarding Procedure, Pharmaceutical guidelines, and MCA.
• Excellent communication skills and knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practises.
• You are excellent at building relationships with key stakeholders, service users and colleagues.
• You have professional attitude
• You are HIGHLY MOTIVATED, ORGANISED and RESOURCFUL.

MUST HAVE:

• NMC PIN
