Location: Colwyn Bay
Contract: Interim, Minimum 3 Months (Possibility of Extension)
Salary: £28,590

About the Role:

As the Interim Supported Living Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a supported living service. Your role will include:

• Leading and supporting a team of care staff to deliver high-quality, person-centered care.
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements.
• Developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual needs.
• Managing budgets and resources efficiently.
• Building strong relationships with service users, their families, and external agencies.

Key Requirements:

• Qualifications: Minimum Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
• Experience: Proven leadership experience in health and social care settings.
• Skills: Strong managerial and organisational skills, with a commitment to delivering excellent care.
• License: A full driving license and access to your own car are essential for this role.
