Your Role
As a Support Worker, you will:
- Engage with Clients: Provide essential assistance and foster a safe environment for recovery.
- Manage Communications: Handle incoming calls and ensure accurate message delivery.
- Ensure Safety: Respond promptly to the doorbell and conduct welfare checks on residents.
- Provide Proactive Support: Assist clients at reception, conduct room checks, and maintain common areas.
What We're Looking For
Essential Skills:
- A minimum of 6 months of UK experience in the social care sector within the past 2 years.
- A valid UK Driver's licence (desirable but not mandatory).
- An enhanced DBS on the update service (can be applied for through us if needed).
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with Trauma-Informed Care and Psychologically Informed Environments.
- Strong initiative and empathy, promoting independence through robust advice.
- Familiarity with systems such as Salesforce, Ecco, and NEC Housing.
