What You'll Be Doing:

  • Collaborate to Succeed: Work closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff to create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
  • Empower Students: Help students with complex needs build confidence, resilience, and independence.

What We're Looking For:

  • A Passion for Change: You're someone who's driven to make a real difference in students' lives.
  • Experience is Great, but Not Essential: Whether you have experience with students who have complex needs or you're eager to learn, we want you!
  • Team Player: A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working with others is a must.
