You will play a key role in helping them grow, develop, and make positive life changes.

About Us

The Role

As an HLTA, you will:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently.
  • Experience working with challenging behaviour in a residential or educational environment.
