Emergency Housing Call Operator - Make a Difference!
PART TIME TWILIGHT SHIFTS - 5pm-930pm - 21 hours per week
£21,764 - £23,408 pro rata

Our client, a registered care and support charity specialising in supporting vulnerable adults, is seeking a passionate Emergency Housing Call Operator to join their team.

In this rewarding role, you`ll play a vital role in providing emergency accommodation to those in need. You`ll answer calls, assess needs, and secure suitable housing.

We`re looking for someone with:
" A passion for helping others.
" Excellent customer service skills.
" Experience working with vulnerable people.
" Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
" The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A driver`s licence is preferred due to the shift patterns (flexible rota completed 13 weeks in advance, including evenings, nights, and weekends).
