Deputy Manager
Location: Rugby, UK
Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 per annum

The Role: As a Deputy Manager, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day management of the service, ensuring the highest standards of care and support are maintained. You will work closely with the Registered Manager and the rest of the team to deliver person-centred care that promotes independence and enhances the quality of life for the people you support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the overall management of the service
- Support and supervise staff to ensure effective service delivery
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
