Opportunities for Homecare Assistants/Complex Care Workers
Part time/Full time

The role:

• Complex Care Workers will be promoting choice and independence and developing services that enhance the quality of life and well-being of the people being supported.
• Provide care and support with activities and personal care duties
• Be flexible for travelling and offering the highest quality care at all times, working on rotas
• Building and developing professional relationships
• Adhere to policies & procedures

Ideal candidate:

• Someone who is professional and with a positive and 'can -do' attitude
• Flexible for travel and car drivers with access to own vehicle
• Complex Care experience preferred
• Caring and compassionate approach
• Willingness to learn and develop own skills
