Salary: £45,718-£50,788 (including Market Factor Supplement)

We're seeking a dedicated Registered Manager with leadership experience in residential childcare who's ready to provide a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for some of Nottinghamshire's most vulnerable children.

What you'll need:

• Strong knowledge of Children's Homes Regulations and Ofsted frameworks
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• A caring, solution-focused mindset
• Experience working in regulated residential services
