Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm (Flexible)
Salary: Starting at £23,400, rising to £25,000 after 6 months

Role Overview:
As a Care Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality care delivery by coordinating schedules, supporting care teams, and maintaining strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage staff schedules to ensure seamless care delivery.
