Our robust compliance and matching procedures provide peace of mind to employers and jobseekers alike. We understand that many of the homeless people we support suffer from more than simply a lack of accommo¬dation, and ensure that our staff have the right communication and interpersonal skills to identify the cause and support with a plan to move people into longer term accommodation. As well as supporting people who are at risk or need support to maintain their own tenancies. Working across both the supported and social housing sector, we recruit talented social care professionals with experience of working with homeless individuals and those who need support in maintaining their accommodation.
